Introduction to Web Design

Microsoft FrontPage & Expression Web
Microsoft FrontPage web site creation and management tool gives you everything you need to create and manage exactly the site you want, whether you're creating a personal Web page or a corporate Internet or intranet site.

What makes the internet and web design so tricky is that you need to know a little about a lot.  As a designer, I can lend insights and advice for people interested in website design.

Microsoft's most recent web design product is called Expression Web; it is replacing FrontPage.  In April (2008) we will be introducing a class in Expression Web.  Regardless of the software you decide to use to work on a website, this class is a great place to get your feet wet.

This class is designed to give you a feel for website design.  If you need more instruction after this class, we typically suggest one-on-one tutoring to address your specific needs.
